Welcome to Kundyl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kundyl website at kundyl.com and its services (the "Service"), operated by Agent Core Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Kundyl is

Kundyl is a Vedic astrology application that computes an astrological chart from the birth details you provide and generates readings, compatibility insights, and related premium features. Kundyl is offered for personal guidance, reflection, and entertainment.

Important: Astrology is not a science. Kundyl's readings are for guidance and entertainment only and must not be treated as professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. You are solely responsible for the choices you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service and to make any payment. By using Kundyl you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Some features require signing in with your email via a one-time magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information; readings are only as accurate as the birth details you enter.

4. Premium features and payments

Certain features (for example your Guiding Deity, Cosmic Superpowers, and Oracle Voice) are premium and require a one-time payment per reading, at the price shown at checkout, which unlocks those premium features for that particular chart.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect readings you have already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass payment or access controls; scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service; reselling readings as your own professional advice; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, design, text, and the Kundyl name and marks are owned by Agent Core Systems and protected by law. The reading generated for you is for your personal, non-commercial use. Birth details you enter remain yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, complete, or will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Core Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the reading giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
