Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds for premium purchases on Kundyl (kundyl.com), operated by Agent Core Systems. We want you to feel good about your purchase, so please read this before you pay.

1. What you are buying

Kundyl premium is a one-time payment per reading (at the price shown at checkout) that instantly unlocks premium features (your Guiding Deity, Cosmic Superpowers, and Oracle Voice) for that chart. This is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment.

2. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is deducted but your premium features do not unlock — or you are charged more than once for the same reading — you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount. Most failed-transaction amounts are auto-refunded by Razorpay to your original payment method; if not, contact us and we will refund it.

3. Because delivery is instant

Since premium content is unlocked and delivered to you immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been successfully delivered. This is standard for instant digital goods.

4. When we will still refund you

We believe in fairness. We will provide a full refund if:

• You were charged but the premium features never unlocked due to a technical issue on our side; or
• You were charged more than once for the same reading; or
• A payment was made in genuine error and you contact us within 7 days, before meaningfully using the unlocked content.

5. How to request a refund

Email agentcoresystem@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from the email associated with your account, with:

• The date and time of the payment;
• The Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment confirmation), if available; and
• A short description of the issue.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Cancellation

Kundyl premium is a one-time, per-reading purchase — there is no subscription or recurring charge to cancel.
