This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Core Systems ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Kundyl at kundyl.com. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to give you a reading, and we never sell your data.

1. Information we collect

• Birth details you enter — date, time, and place of birth (used only to compute your astrological chart and readings).
• Your email address, if you sign in, so we can create your account and send a one-time login link.
• Optional details you provide, such as a name or the focus of your question.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used (for example which features are opened), to improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To compute your chart and generate your readings.
• To sign you in and save your preferences and readings to your account.
• To process payments for premium features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or bank information is handled directly by Razorpay under their own privacy and security standards — we do not receive or store your full payment details. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

4. Service providers we rely on

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who help us run the Service:

• Supabase — secure sign-in and storage of your account and saved readings.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure.
• AI language providers — where AI is used to compose a reading, the chart facts (not your identity) may be sent to generate the text.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies and local storage

Kundyl uses your browser's local storage to remember your language choice, your last inputs, and your sign-in session. These are essential for the app to work and are not used for cross-site advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and saved readings for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, email agentcoresystem@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

Kundyl is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
